Because if the pieces used the sizes might vary slightly. Smalls are approx 8.5" x 8". Medium wreaths are approximately 8.5" x 13". The image you see is a representation of the product you are ordering and will look similar to what you see.

The nuts or corks you see in the pieces go through the same process as the Driftwood. All of our Driftwood, nuts, corks and stones come from the shores of lake champlain.

Due to the nature of the materials I work with, no two pieces can be exactly alike, though they are very similar. Your item is made by me personally. If there is a concern I can send you a picture of your piece before shipment... but this will slow down the processing time for your order.
